Outlook Positive Express Network (OPEN) is an Express Network of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA).  The Vision of OPEN is to have a welcoming environment, inspiring our members to get involved locally and nationally, both in ABWA and the Community. We are OPEN to all women, (OPEN to those who support women in business), OPEN to networking, OPEN to self-improvement, OPEN to advancement, OPEN to exploring possibilities, and OPEN to creating lasting friendships.

ABWA's Mission Statement: "To bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition." OPEN's Goal is: "To provide powerful educational and/or motivational programs that enable women to grow professionally and personally and to offer a strong network of women business leaders in the local community."
